Gate flow
Organisers publish codes. Participants sign in, choose a role, and pass through event, room, and committee gates.
Secretariat creates the event, opens committees, and publishes gate codes together with the allocation matrix.
Delegates, chairs, and advisors verify their role, enter the published codes, and pick a country or press assignment.
The dais handles roll call, speakers, motions, and votes while delegates draft clauses and coordinate with their bloc beside the live room.
For the dais
Session control, speaker queues, motion floors, and awards rubrics share one chair workspace instead of juggling separate tools.
Record present, present-and-voting, and absent delegates. Quorum counts refresh for the entire chamber as statuses change.
Run the GSL queue, formal motions, points of order, and RoP-ranked voting — most disruptive motions first.
Set per-speaker limits, total speaking time, and reading periods while the dais-facing digital room shows live placards.
Apply the rubric delegate by delegate, capture nominations, and attach evidence before secretariat reviews final awards.
For each delegate, choose Present (may abstain), Present and voting (must vote), or Absent.
Use the three buttons to set that delegate's roll status. Current status is highlighted.

For delegates
Position papers, operative clauses, and speech outlines sit next to the floor — so prep and debate stay in sync.
Submit prep files, open official committee readings, and follow guided position-paper structure.
Compose preambulatory and operative language, propose amendments, and follow each draft through committee workflow.
Coordinate with allies, raise POIs and POCs, and keep committee messaging under chair moderation.
Outline remarks, chart country positions on a heatmap, and bookmark vetted research sources.
Position papers are uploaded by chairs with feedback.

For secretariat
Configure committees, steer allocations, and monitor session health without standing behind every dais.
See roll call, speakers, and session timers for each committee from a single secretariat view.
Maintain the allocation matrix, rotate gate codes, invite dais chairs, and reset placard access when needed.
Compare chair nominations, confirm Best Delegate picks, and keep scoring consistent between rooms.
Schedule sessions and topics, wire up newsroom and press corps feeds, and track delegate milestones.
Which committee would you like to check in on?
Across the platform
InterMUN links procedural control with prep, media, and archives so chairs, delegates, and staff share one source of truth.
Switch the interface language at any time — designed for multilingual conferences and international schools.
Headline feeds and press surfaces keep media delegates and observers aligned with what is happening on the floor.
Browse read-only records of past sessions so delegates and chairs can revisit motions, votes, and timing.
School advisors follow linked delegates, pass along guidance, and review documents plus voting activity.

About InterMUN
InterMUN is a browser workspace that replaces the usual mix of spreadsheets, group chats, and printed placards with coordinated committee tooling.
Chairs gain procedural control that mirrors how sessions actually unfold. Delegates get structured prep beside the floor. Secretariat keeps event-wide visibility without hovering over every motion.
Whether you run one room or a full weekend conference, InterMUN keeps chairs, delegates, and staff aligned from the opening roll call through closing ceremony.
